Live & Silent Auctions
Every year, Belmont Volunteer Fire Department holds a live auction during its Annual Benefit BBQ. This year, the auction will be held on Saturday September 27 from 5-8 PM.
The silent auction opens at 5 PM and ends around 7 PM. The live auction, followed by the raffle, starts around 6:30 PM. Come in person to place your bids!
NOW ACCEPTING DONATIONS!
In order to hold a successful auction fundraiser for our volunteer fire department, businesses and individuals have donated every year various new products and services. All revenue raised during auctions we hold annually goes towards funding our fire department and protecting our community.
If you would like to donate products or services for our upcoming live and silent auctions, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page. All donated items must be new, never used.
If you are donating an item, you will be asked to turn-in the donation at the Belmont Fire Station before the live auction begins.
Auction donation turn-in dates are:
- Tuesday, September 9, 7-8PM
- Tuesday, September 23, 7-8PM
Before you donate...
We appreciate all donations we receive from supportive merchants and individuals in our community.
For legal reasons, we cannot auction alcoholic beverages and firearms. Donated items must be new, never used before. We make no exceptions.
Important: Turn-in dates for donations are Tuesday, September 9 from 7-8PM and Tuesday, September 23 from 7-8PM at the Belmont Fire Station.
