Belmont VFD does not sell or deal in firearms - the handling, sale and background checks related to firearms are handled exclusively by Fehner Firearms located in Gonzales, TX.
If your ticket is drawn, you must submit all information needed for a background check at Fehner Firearms in Gonzales, TX. If you cannot pass a background check or fail to submit information within 10 days after notification, you forfeit your right to the prize.
If your ticket is drawn and you pass the background check, you accept the responsibility of picking up the firearm(s) at Fehner Firearms in Gonzales, TX.
You must be at least 18 years old to enter and win.
Firearms may only be received by the ticket holder.
Winner is responsible for any fees associated with their prize, including but not limited to title and tax at Boehm Tractor Sales and IRS requirements.
Belmont VFD will not be liable for manufacturer warranties or defective workmanship.
